With 4 bedrooms split between 2 floors and an additional guest cottage available
should you need it, your large group will have plenty of space to unpack, unwind,
and spread out.

Q: What is there to do around town?
A: We are minutes away from Dover, New Philadelphia, and Ohio’s largest Amish
community. Nearby attractions include:
– Historic Zoar Village, Fort Laurens, and The Ohio and Erie Canal Towpath Trail
– Zoar Village Golf Course
– The Pro Football Hall of Fame (25 min drive to Canton)

Q: What about COVID?
A: We are taking extra precautions to keep our properties disinfected, which
includes the use of disinfectant on all door knobs, light switches, railings, faucet
handles, etc—in addition to all high-use areas.

Q: What about the guest cabin?
A: For groups larger than 14, the separate guest Cabin (sleeps 6) is available for an
additional nightly cost ($150/night). It comes with all the amenities:
– Large living room and fully stocked, eat-in kitchen
– Clothes washer & dryer
– Dishwasher
– Brand new electric AC and furnace
– Well water (though it’s perfectly fine to drink, it may have a different smell/taste
than you’d expect if you’re used to City Water)
– Located on the water

Q: Is it pet friendly?
A: Well behaved pets are welcome with well behaved owners. Pets do need to be
pre-approved and there is an additional $100/per pet fee.
