Middlehaven has room for everyone including:
✔️The Main House (sleeps 15)
✔️The Loft Apartment (sleeps 6- addition cost $200/night)
✔️The Conservatory (sleeps 2- additional cost $150/night)

For groups of 15 or less, The Main House offers 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, giving you ample space to spread out comfortably in English Cottage-style accommodations.

For groups of 16+, The Loft Apartment offers additional sleeping arrangements for up to 6 other people.

Want more privacy and romance? Add The Conservatory to your stay and get a private space with a king bed, double shower, and a soaking clawfoot tub for two. A stocked kitchenette and private deck easily make for slow mornings with coffee in hand.

The Loft and Conservatory are additional charges.

We’ve created a space for multiple generations to come together and unwind. Whether it’s meandering along concrete (and accessible) pathways or roasting s’mores around the campfire, Middlehaven is the place to put down the phones and connect.

PACK YOUR SWIM SUITS

Middlehaven’s private, woodland ponds offer the chance to cool off in the summer heat. Practice your kayaking skills and splash away the afternoon in one of the two available ponds. The kids will love playing in the kid-friendly, gentle waterfall. And once they’re in bed? The grownups can take a relaxing dip in the 8-person hot tub.

Middlehaven’s kitchens come stocked with ample essentials that make cooking up family-style meals simple. Whether it’s grilling steaks outside or pulling grandma’s famous casserole from the oven, you’ll find all you need to share memorable meals together.

Q: What is there to do around town?
A: We are minutes away from Dover, New Philadelphia, and Ohio’s largest Amish community. Nearby attractions include:
– Historic Zoar Village, Fort Laurens, The Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail
– Zoar Village Golf Course
– The Pro Football Hall of Fame (25 min drive to Canton)

Q: What about COVID?
A: We are taking extra precautions to keep our properties disinfected, which includes the use of disinfectant on all door knobs, light switches, railings, faucet handles, etc… in addition to all high-use areas.

Q: Is Middlehaven pet friendly?
A: Well behaved pets are welcome with well behaved owners. Pets do need to be pre-approved and there is an additional $100/per pet fee.
